Aaron Harris
APRN, FNP-C
Aaron Harris began his nursing career as an LPN in 2016 and has continued advancing his education throughout his career. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. His nursing background includes experience in emergency medicine, cardiology, long-term care, and family practice, giving him a well-rounded foundation in patient care.
Throughout his career, Aaron has remained passionate about continuing his education and using his experience to help others feel their best. He believes in treating each person with compassion, listening to their concerns, and providing thoughtful, individualized care.
Outside of his career, Aaron's greatest priority is his family. He is a devoted husband to Hope Ann and an incredibly proud dad to their two children, Sutton and Scotty. Whether he's working, learning something new, or spending time at home, being a husband and father is at the heart of who he is.
“My grandmother was a caregiver, and I still remember how she would go out of her way to help anyone who needed it. That has always stayed with me and has shaped the way I approach caring for others. At the end of the day, if I can help even one person, I feel like I'm serving my purpose.
But above everything else, I'm a husband and a dad. My wife and our kids are my greatest motivation and the reason I work so hard to continue growing both professionally and personally. I hope the way I care for people—whether that's my family or someone who walks through the doors at Thrive—always reflects that.”
Hope Ann Harris
MSN, BSN, RN
Hope Ann has been a nurse since 2019 and has spent more than six years building a career centered around caring for others. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith and later continued her education at Chamberlain University, graduating with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2024.
Her nursing background includes experience in emergency medicine, medical-surgical nursing, and travel nursing throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma. In 2020, Hope Ann found her passion for medical aesthetics and has spent the years since studying, training, and refining her skills as an aesthetic injector.
Today, what she loves most about aesthetics is helping her patients feel confident while still looking like themselves. Her approach is centered around enhancing natural features, creating balance, and developing individualized treatment plans rather than changing what makes someone unique.
Outside of Thrive, Hope Ann's favorite roles are being a wife and mom. She has been married to her husband and best friend, Aaron, since 2018, and together they have two wonderful children, Sutton and Scotty. Her family is at the center of everything she does, and she considers getting to build a life and raise their babies alongside her best friend one of her greatest blessings.
“I truly love what I do. There is something incredibly special about helping someone see themselves a little differently and walk out of my treatment room feeling more confident than when they walked in. I never want my patients to feel like they need to become someone else. My goal is to listen to what bothers them, understand what they hope to achieve, and use medical aesthetics to enhance the features that already make them beautiful.
I want every person who sits in my chair to feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. At the end of the day, people may not always remember exactly what you did, but they will remember how you made them feel—and that is something I carry with me in every patient interaction.”
Haylee Newton
Licensed Aesthetician
Haylee is a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping others feel confident and at home in their own skin. Her journey into skincare began at a young age, but it was her personal struggle with acne that truly shaped her path. After trying countless solutions without lasting results, she discovered a clinical, results-driven approach that transformed not only her skin, but her confidence as well.
That transformation led her to become a Certified Acne Specialist, where she now helps clients navigate their own skin journeys with personalized, effective treatments. Haylee believes acne is not something to be hidden or ashamed of, but something that can be treated and healed with the right care.
Originally from Arkansas, Haylee earned her esthetician license in Nashville before returning home to serve her community. She is passionate about building genuine relationships and creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and confident.
To Haylee, this work is more than a career—it’s a calling. Her goal is simple: to help others feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Anna Grace Durham
Office Manager
Anna serves as Thrive’s Office Manager, playing an essential role in the daily operations of the clinic. She is often the first point of contact for patients—assisting with scheduling, answering questions, and helping navigate insurance and medical billing to ensure a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish.
Known for her attention to detail and heart for service, Anna is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their care. She takes pride in being a trusted resource for both patients and the team, helping bridge the gap between clinical care and the overall patient experience.
In addition to her role in the clinic, Anna has a passion for aesthetics and offers spray tanning services, helping clients feel confident and refreshed. She also invests in her community by coaching volleyball both privately and on a volunteer basis, mentoring and encouraging young athletes.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys a great cup of coffee, spending time with family and friends, and life with her husband.
